motoyen Posted December 12, 2009 Share Posted December 12, 2009 Can anyone suggest a quiet place that I can use to teach English near Phrom Phong station? I'm doing a Japanese/English language exchange in the afternoon but so far most of the coffee shops we've tried are too loud, thus making it difficult for my students to hear me. mauiguy90 Posted December 12, 2009 Share Posted December 12, 2009 Friend of mine has a bakery on Sukhumvit 39 which has a room that's supposed to be a coffee shop but is rarely used. It is attached to the main bakery area but is partitioned off(no doors). Its about 150-200 meters from Sukhumvit road, on the left hand side of Suk 39. Its a new coffeeshop, located on the main soi between Sukhumvit 33/1 and 35. Just walk the area and you will find it even tho' its not very big.
