I have been coming to Thailand pretty regularily for the past 8 years and I think its time to learn to speak, read and write Thai. I will be coming for a two month stay starting the end of March and pretty much have a flexible schedule to spend several hours per day (even full days) and several days per week (even every day) to learn Thai in an intensive and dedicated way. I will be staying near the Amatanakorn Industrial Estate outside Chonburi.

Does anyone have recommendations on the best way for me to get a good start on learning during this trip that is within motorbike ride of the location I will be staying?

Since this is my choice I can devote as much time or be as flexible from day to day as needed by the facility, instructor or person that I decide to utilize.

Thanks, John

I used to live in chonburi chonburi. I didn't know of any thai schools there, I never really saw many falangs either just the odd one or two in forum. I think pattaya or bkk would be your closest, could be one in sri racha but I wouldn't think so especially not intensive.
