( what is key money !!!) i have a Thai girl friend and we are intent to rent a shop to open a LAUNDRY and after we will start to paper work to open it.. what can you offer me better ? shall i open to shop to her name ? ( i trust her 50-50) how can i do it better without any risk ? i can rent her shop to her name but i can do the management on my name or not ( then must i may lots of money ) better i go lawyer and ask all about it ? i will be very glad if somebody give me answer about it peter .. See many places with washing machines, 3 different shops have them near me, coin operated 20 baht.. Ironing, a Lady will come and pick up anything and return it the next day... Cost 5 baht per piece...So Shirt 5baht each, trouser 5baht each, king size bed sheets 5baht each I would have thought it would be a lot of work to just pay the rent on the shop, then there are the items you would have to buy to start with, electric, water, and staff to pay, tax, insurance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
