Anybody can list the steps to declare the baby to thai authorities if the father is Norvegian (not me) and the mother Thai?

What kind of papers are required? How long to do it?

Also, what to do to declare the baby to the norvegian authorities?

Were can a translator be found?

Provided the parents are married the father can be registered on the Thai

birth certificate and take the fathers family name.

Then contact the Norwegian embassy, they will advise if translation is needed to issue a Norwegian birth certificate and passport.
