Anybody can list the steps to declare the baby to thai authorities if the father is Norvegian (not me) and the mother Thai? What kind of papers are required? How long to do it? astral Posted May 11, 2005 Share Posted May 11, 2005 Provided the parents are married the father can be registered on the Thai birth certificate and take the fathers family name. Then contact the Norwegian embassy, they will advise if translation is needed to issue a Norwegian birth certificate and passport. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
