Need Help With Business Email Problem And Reservations

Featured Replies

I'm not sure if anyone out there can help me or not but here goes

This is regarding my website, please note it was hacked into 2 weeks ago and someone put different scripts on there allowing for virus to be added now I have to problems after rechecking my website and changing to longer password which my problems are

a. I cannot recieve online reservations now this error comes up

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'

Operation must use an updateable query.

/reservation_new_save.asp, line 192

b. Email problems: email went out for 2 days, now email came back but sends tons of same copies and from many days ago. Email is worse because now I may have 10 emails but yet there are 10 copies of the same email in the inbox.

Anyone out there now how to fix these problems or at least direct me to someone who knows how to fix this. I know some basic html very basic but don't know ASP for the reservation. I can access the server if need

Look forward to all your postings

Just delete everything off your server and restore from a backup. No point in trying to problem solve after a hack/virus attack.
