I know a lot of people like Phantip for computer stuff, but I don't think their prices are that good. I want to buy a laptop, used or new and I don't want to buy too much. What's the best place in Bangkok? Can you get something in that electronics market near Chinatown?

By far the best I know is Zeer Rangsit, out past the old airport on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, it's under the Asia Airport Hotel.

I haven’t seen many differences on prices in all different places. They are pretty much the same. I would look for sale for what you want. In Pantip you find more selection and opportunities for more sales

I secong Crossy choice always got a better deal at Zeer, laptop, desktop with dual monitors.

Laksi Plaza IT Center, on the way to Zeer, before the old airport on Vip. Rangsit road/changwattana road, is pretty good....lots and lots of laptops. Zeer is good but pretty far away, you should try to buy as close to home as possible, in case you have problems.
