Scheduling An Appointment Vfs Regent House Bangkok

Featured Replies

Hi

How many ways are there to schedule an appointment e.g. online, telephone?

What is the waiting time for an appointment once it has been requested?

I also noticed on the VFS website that since Sept 2009 any online appointments require an online application?

I would prefer to submit the application as a hard copy, so what do I need to do about scheduling an appointment?

Many thanks

I did mine on line and got a time and date immediately,

You print off the hard copy.

You may book an appointment or just turn up to submit it at the moment we cant get an appointment until March for Tourist Visa applications.

No need to bother with an appointment, just turn up and submit the hard copy. The time slot for submitting applications is 08:30 - 15:00, Monday - Friday and, in my experience, they are seldom that busy. You should be in and out in about an hour.

From our experience, it seemed that the staff were much more competant in dealing with the on-line applications. It's exactly the same questions but looks more tidy and streamlined. At the end of the process you'll print of the form anyway so then enabling you do add all your other support documents with it as well. You'll also be assigned a reference number which can then enable you to make an appointment.

Nice and straight forward. Good luck!!

Will probably just turn up in that case.

Looking at submitting mid March hoping it doesnt take longer than 14 days for a decision.
