Hi all. I have skype and when i contact family in the uk they can see me on video but i can never see them. Is there a quick fix to this or is it TIT? any help would be appreciated.

When you are chatting on Skype, go into menu and click, view.

i dont have that option. all i have is view profile.

Do they have a web cam and is it setup in Skype? Silly question perhaps but you never know.

Also have you tried it with someone else to see if the fault is at your end or their's?

Your family on the other end needs to click show video, not you.

The setup problem is on their end
