Cheapest Calls From Thailand To Overseas

Featured Replies

What are u using to call home ?

There is a system called deedial (http://www.deedial.com) in which you setup an account on their website and register your phone number with them.

You can then assign international numbers to local Bangkok numbers and when you the local number from your Thai mobile or land line you pay for the local phone call and they deduct the much cheaper cost of the international call from your online accounts balance.

It's pretty good and you can top it up in the 7/11 using their bill payment service and your phone number.

If anyone knows of anything better I'd be interested, I used this system last time I was here and it worked well and saved me a load of money over previous visits, sometimes I make a lot of phone calls to the UK.

From a standard phone I use the prefix 008 + the country code. It's not the best but I do get a good line. Cost about 6bt min cheaper on sunday's.

Skype to Skype free but you can call home phones and mobiles very cheaply.
