We are four couples, looking for houses on the Koh Samui. For a month stay.

Four houses with 1 bedroom, fully furnished kitchen and internet access. Location Big Budha - Lamai.

Price 18 -23K Bht

i think there is somewhere called grandma's cottages or something similar

had it recomended to me before think it is quite cheap and good facilites

other than that there is a row of 4 beach houses on the road from big budha to bophut

often see for rent signes on those

think i saw them advertised on baht sold

If you're not bringing children with you, combine the max budget and rent a nice spot w/ 4 bedrooms for the month. This will be a bit easier to find and probably more enjoyable for everyone (since you don't need to track everyone else down every time you have an idea to do something). Lamai is awesome, you should be able to find something there.
