ray23
A friend has to renew his annual visa. He leased a home from a person who is not in Thailand has no copy of a house book. How does he handle the address requirement? He rented through an agent who say they don't have a contact address on the owner. Any ideas????????????????????????????? Mario2008
Which immigration office are you talking about. Some are more strict than others.
ray23
Udon Thani a new one so no track record to go by. Nong Khai would have been a mess for sure.
KamnanT
Has his immigration office actually asked your friend for a copy of the tabien baan (house registration)? That would be unusual, as your friend won't be listed in the tabien baan and therefore it isn't proof of his address. Would a copy of the lease agreement be sufficient proof?
