Red Shirts Blood Campaign Is Dangerous : Health Groups

were they not collecting bags of sh*t to throw as well, fithy animals !

With respect, I don't believe they're '"fithy animals", just very badly led ! :D

This protest has remained largely peaceful, the military have stayed calm even when attacked with grenades, PM-Abhisit has shown himself remarkably cool & sensitive to the responsibilities of his job, and things now seem hopefully to be winding-down.

Let's hope that the next attempt to overthrow the government will be at the ballot-box. Before which the PTP & Red-Shirts have some leadership-issues to resolve, a failed March-for-Thaksin to put behind them, and a damaged-reputation to repair. This will take more than just pouring blood, or cursing ceremonies, I think.

^more amusing if Gen Khatiya S. torches himself. :D

If only ! :) Sadly these 'leaders' always seem to prefer, to sacrifice other peoples' blood, not their own.

Okay, they've got the blood poured onto the Government House. Then what?

TAN Network: Army Specialist Gen Khatiya S. declares that reds have lost the war; thinks Jatuporn should torch himself.

I'm hoping to see that with Jatuporn. Make this whole event have a climatic ending :)

I am more interested in Thaksin's next possible move. Who is this Gen Khatiya?

A real nut case.

I can give you a few links for you to read:

Plenty of policemen don't like Abhisit because he has stepped HARD on many of their Generals toes,

read plans for advancement in rank and wide tea money spoils. And Thaksin is ex-polis so they back him

on general brotherhood of hoods principles.

Is this a policeman in the video donating blood?

It wouldn't surprise me. What I don't understand is how police, army and government officials are allowed to actively undermine the government *while in uniform*...and keep their jobs, too.

They're also afraid of him because if he does finally get his police commissioner in place, it would mark the beginning of a badly needed reform for the boys in brown.

Thanks.

So he might have something to do with the alleged M79 part factories and many blasts? That reduces the blood campaign to a joke.

Rhe Nation's slide show about the blood collection is now here on YouTube:

Maestro

I can't believe what I have seen there.....So many people are dying because they can't receive proper care, and those muppets are going to throw liters of blood....after drawing it from kids, monks, and whatever soul who has accepted to play their dirty twisted game. Sad day for Thailand and its people. The world will certainly comment on this....Shame of these so called red shirt leaders........

where did you see kids???

There is a clear as day picture of an 11 year old giving blood, several pages back,

sorry can't point it out too many pages too fast today.

I was lost for words when I first saw the blood on the gates........then the next thought that came to me was:-

This act and these people are repulsive, disgusting, vile, loathsome, distasteful, foul, detestable, obscene, hideous, unpleasant, revolting, sickening, horrid, obonoxious, nauseating and abhorrent.

Well, when you do find some words, make sure you let us know what you think about it.

Lets not forget 60 PTP, MPs plan to do the same to Abhisits chair in Parliament tomorrow...

And this is the next leadership of the Nation of Thailand, if they get their way...

Amazing Thailand!

This is the point where, in the movies, Abhisit sneaks into parliament and swaps his chair for Chalerms.

Dirty!

Its like when your sitting somewhere having a meal or even just walking down the road and someone comes past or near where you are and hocks a golly onto the ground, making that repulsive cussing sound as they do it. I use to suffer in silence and think, "Why couldnt they do it a bit further away". These days I normally make a comment to let those type of animals know what I think of their disgusting ways..... :)

Its plain malicious damage and before you flame me, take a look at the legal definition of malicious damage. If anyone was to do that inside Parliament they should be LOCKED UP, simple. :)

THE NATION: Protesters plan to head to PM's house in Soi Sukhumvit 31 at 9am tomorrow. Check the traffic on Sukhumvit area if you need to go there.

You know what, I live in a condo near by and I'm just thinking would I be happy with a load of blood being dumped at my front entrance even if it was meant for my PM neighbor.

Not! and then what?

The way I see it is,

I can't see the reds just bowing their heads and walking away, can you?

Only time will tell

:)

Let's hope the cleaners do a thorough job of spraying the disinfectants. All the blood will wash down the sewers and potentially create a bio-hazard to everyone who lives there.

Jeez, it's a religious/black magic type ceremony. Get over it already, it's a not always obvious on the surface but a very real part of the country and culture that we all love.

Dead right, it's part and parcel of Thai Animism................No big deal, unless of course one believes in magic etc.

How funny would that be, if they bring down the government and Thaksin gets back in. At the next meeting of the UN, there is an introduction "the next speaker is the Prime Minister Witch Doctor of Thailand, PMWD Thaksin. Jeez are these clowns really going to get votes at the next election after the laying of blood? They would hold a lot of credibility with other world leaders.......NOT!!. I may as well run for parliament myself. Make know doubt about it. If Abhisit can hang on in there and get a few years of continuity for this country, he will make massive steps forward for Thailand and its people. He, like any other leader, needs a bit of time.

Please do not use the "we all love". :)
