Can anyone tell me if Imigration Office is open in Bangkok?

Have to get my 90 days visa update tomorrow the 8th Aprial.

Can not get a answer by phone if the office is open?

Should I go or wait for red shirts to move away from office

That office closed some months ago, new one is downtown on Phayatai, Chamchuri Square I believe.

You can only use that office if you use that office for your extensions of stay.

I'm not sure what you mean with 90 day extension. If you mean 90 day report, you could do it by registered mail also. But it seems immigraiton is open.

I've just got back from doing my 90 day report at Chaeng Wattana, and it's all open. No sign of any redshirts.

My only gripe is that it took so long to get it done, it was bloody packed.

I understand that space was at a premium at Suan Plu, but why didn't they give themselves a bit more room at the new place.

It's not like a lack of space, theres an area the size of a football pitch in the middle of the building, with bugger all in it !!!!! What's that all about?

I went today...took an hour to get there..massive queue and waited an hour before I got my passport back then an hour and a half to get back home. I really need to do the postal option.
