tw25rw
I don't know why people think the airlines are responsible for housing/feeding them when a flight is cancelled by something like this. If the flight is forced to land somewhere with a load of passengers then fair enough. But they're a business, not a charity, and their job is to get you from A to B. stevenl
For things like this there is travelinsurance (just make sure you have a good one that covers things like this).
tartempion
But i was thinking that a company like Evaair would give a good service, instead they let us down.I would understand that from a low cost airline company. I had to pay myself the 6 extra nights hotel room + 6 days meals. Thank you Evaair. What makes you think the airline should pay for your hotel/meals for x days when government bodies decide planes can not fly because of some volcano eruption?
