Does anyone know where I can obtain or rent a wallpaper steamer in Chiang Mai?

I've never had to steam wallpaper, but could you use one of those clothes steamers that they have at Robinson? Is it steamy enough?

Most unlikely that you'd find what you're looking for.

The alternative is simply use sponges with water and a scraper. Best to score or tear off the outer surface so as the water penetrates to the water soluble glue. Once the glue/paste has softened it should be quite simple to peel or scrape the paper off.
