Rimmer Posted May 15, 2010 Share Posted May 15, 2010 3 injured as car collides with street vendors in Central Pattaya PATTAYA:-- Just before 3am on Saturday there were chaotic scenes on the Sukumvit Road in front of Soi Kow Noi as a car had ploughed into a row of street vendors following an alleged break failure. The offending vehicle was a Yellow Nissan Saloon driven by Khun Art aged 31 who did attempt to escape from the scene of the crash but was apprehended by Police.
