Gas. See a doctor.

yeh there is alot of gas aswell, it feels like there are knots in my stomach that needs to be untied or a baloon that needs to be burst.

Every once in a while this happens to me. Eno or a couple of Air-X usually sorts me out. If, however, it was as regular as it is for you, I would definitely visit a doctor.

Sounds like me too, but it's not gas. I tried cutting out things from my diet such as rice, potatoes and bread as they seem to be the worst offenders.

For me I try and eat smaller portions 4-5 times a day and it is working. Get more fruit and veg in your diet. Make soup - boil up some carrots, pumpkin, onions, garlic, chilli, lentils, some stock and then blend it. Bag it, freezer it and microwave it whenever you want it. Makes me more...regular... which is good as I've always had problems since I have been here and my home country.

Exercise too, helps use up the food as energy instead of just bobbing around inside you.

Flatouts suggestion is great, but wont work for everyone. I would be cautious about certain fruits and vegetables (esp lentils) until you know what is causing you to get flair ups like this. Some fruits/vegs/pulses can cause severe gas and bloating. it may be you are having a gastrointestinal reaction to something you are eating, so would be good to talk to a doc about this, and/or keep a food diary. There are lots of resources you can find online about how to keep a food diary and help you work out what foods may trigger a reaction. Also, drugs can cause problems for the stomach, particularly antibiotics. Acidopholis can help (non-dairy is available if you find out you have a dairy intolerance).

Taking something like airx is good for short term solution or as a solution to an occasional problem, but if happening regularly its best to work out what has been causing these flare ups.

Sorry Flatout, didnt mean that to sound like your suggestion isnt helpful..it is. Just i know my stomach reacts badly to certain veggies, especially lentils.

Dont know what else to suggest OP. HOpe you find a way to get relief from this.
