Can anyone suggest me where to find Bakery/ Pastry Classes for short term , like thai cooking classes ???

Maybe go to nice hotel restaurant and ask to see the chef during slow time before lunch or dinner and ask him/her. The chef would know and hopefully be a foreigner.
