evanson
Anyone know of any other meds for dogs to prevent ticks than Frontline. Bit pairng when you have many dogs, albeit effective. What's that 3 month vaccination the Thais talk about? Does it work?<br> Edited June 29, 2010 by evanson
blakegeee
I'd also like to hear more about this! And also, how much do people usually pay for frontline? Can anyone recommend the cheapest place to buy it in Chiang Mai? Are those little brown bottles effective? I am assuming they are a frontline copy? snowgard
Forget frontline & heartguard. use Ivermectin (Ivermec 10ml for 60-90 Baht). Every 2 weeks 0,5ml/15kg (dogs weight) and your problems gone fast away. I use it now more then 2 years for my 5 dogs!!! More infos about ivermectin you can find in this post: http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/380647-terrible-dog-skin-condition/
