Hello,

We know Vietnam is also good places or beaches, riverline and forests. but like other country, one can also face international roaming. So i would like to share avoid international roaming.

1). Now, Its more important to choose service provider, which is one and only perfect way to connect your local social community.

Service provider:

rebelfone

telestial

cellularhire

2). Always buy lifetime validity SIM Cards, with international roaming avoided.

3). One can have rent mobile phone so that he may use SIM Cards based on diff. countries.

4). One can have divert on your local phone to new international sim or vietnam sim.

Not sure if you've really thought this through but the only way to avoid roaming charges is don't allow your phone to roam! Some of the ideas you have are ... er ... not really going to work too well! "1). Now, Its more important to choose service provider, which is one and only perfect way to connect your local social community. Service provider: rebelfone telestial cellularhire 2). One can have divert on your local phone to new international sim or vietnam sim." 1 - If you choose the service provider in a country other than your sim cards home network you will be classed as roaming as you have moved away from your home network! 2 - If you buy a sim card with roaming deactivated you will not be allowed to choose a different network other than your home network! 3 - Using a sim card which is based in the country you are visiting is a very logical and cost effective option for anyone. Also, if your phone is not locked to your carrier you would not need to rent a phone as you ought be able to use a sim for any network worldwide. There are obvious limitations depending on the phones capabilities and very few GSM phones are compatable with nextel networks. 4 - This is just complete fail ! you will be charged at the rate of an international call from your local phone to the country you are in and get a huge bill. In my opinion the only cheap way is make sure your phone is unlocked and pick up a local sim when you arrive at your destination. Be wary of roaming charges as they mount up very quickly especialy when using data based services etc.
