getgoin
I think your best bet is one of the hotels. About 350 Baht per head.

butterisbetter
I think Bake and Bite offers a home catering service now.

For 350 baht per head I can get a full Thai buffet with tables and plates and the works! or 2 pizzas and salad each, or 3 whole roast chickens with sticky rice each! or ten and a half bottles of Archa beer each. Seems a bit expensive! David

Sao Jiang Mai
Bake and Bite, Su Casa, Stephanos for farang, for Thai, just about every restaurant would be happy to cater at that price!
JoePai
The best - and not expensive - is Tuskers, ask for Chas. You will not be able to beat him for value and taste
NancyL
When we had an open house for about 20 guests, I asked around about caterers and had the best response from the Thai owner of a restaurant on our soi. She said "you live near Kad Lueng(Warorot Market). Just go the day of the party and buy spring rolls, eggs rolls, satay sticks, and Thai chips." That's exactly what we did and it worked out very well. Most of the vendors of snack-type foods are in the second building from the river, not the building with the fresh fruit vendors along Chang Moi.
