Looking for a roommate to share a room in a townhouse with small garden in front. The room has air-con but not furnish yet (this can be arranged). Can have separate bathroom. minimum 1 month stay with 1 month deposit. Next to main road with 24hrs security service. Near Mall, 24 hrs supermarket, 7-11, Lotus Express, Foodland, bus stop. Easy access to toll way / express way. Parking space available. REQUIREMENT: clean and tidy person, respect people's space and privacy, professional worker or traveller are welcome. RATE: 7,000THB per month including a room rent, with electricity/water, common service fee. This does not include cleaning service, laundry, food and drink, telephone and other personal expenses.
