I have googled but its all unclear. manarak Posted August 1, 2010 Share Posted August 1, 2010 could be even cheaper to use a VOIP provider in your home country and a mobile provider there where the call forwarding to your voip number is free. Good source of information on international SIM's is www.prepaidgsm.net Once there, go to forum then Inernational Cards. I bought my from the company called Telestial in San Diego.
