Seems the UK pound is making a comeback against the Baht. Long may it continue, but is this only due to the new UK Governments' fiscal policies? Any ideas?

Six months ago there were a lot of 'expert' posters forecasting 35 to the pound!

The Euro has strengthened against most currencies including the USD and sovereign currencies within Europe strengthened in tandem. This came about as the debt crisis of the PIGS countries cool off with all the massive intervention from richer countries & IMF. The feelings are for how long. My thinking is that the economic problems of the PIGS & even UK are much structural and the slow economic recovery will be prolonged; fearing a double deep. EU do not have deep pockets to solve another dip. Therefore made hay when the sun shine. Change the Baht when it's high now.
