Loads of free classifieds out there on the Net, including ThaiVisa.com :-) Just Google "Free Thailand classifieds" and you will get tons of links... Also place a professional looking sign outside your property, that will give you some leads for sure! Of course this is more of a hassle, but you'll save between 3 and 5% commission for the realtor.
