Work and Holiday Visa (subclass 462) You must have in fact graduated and hold a tertiary qualification at a university level. Other requirements include functional English, and funds sufficient to support yourself for the initial stage of your holiday. You must have a letter of support from the Office of Welfare Promotion, Protection and Empowerment of Vulnerable Groups in Bangkok in order to lodge a valid application: Office of Welfare Promotion Note the current quota this financial year for subclass 462 visas is only 500.
