Was all set to head down to Penang for the yearly Non Immigrant 'O' when some friends (Thai) mentioned they wanted to do a little shopping over at Aranyaprathet & I could ride along. Anybody have recent experience with that Immigration office? Cheers! :)

If you are talking about a multi entry non immigrant O visa it would not be available from any immigration office. In fact most people do not seem to be able to obtain from Penang and use KL with proof of 100k in a bank account for those issued on basis of marriage.

For a new visa you need to go to an Embassy or consulate.

Not an immigration office.
