Renting Out My Apartment In Bangkok

Recommended Posts

I am considering to rent out my BKK apartment when not in the country which might be both short and/or long term depending on work oppurtunities abroad.

Do others here use an agency for managing the apartment or simply use the real estate agent?

What are the tax implications - are rentals from private person to private person considered taxable just like normal income?

Any tips appreciated.

Cheers!
