We are trying to control nesting in house walls by small, black , sticky flies.

They build nests in brick holes, thousands. They don't bite but are like tiny bees covered with gluey honey , so to speak,

They will glue in your hair , clothes with some unnerving noise.

We tried to patch up the holes with something, they will simply find a new one, not without having ferociously attacked the attacker.

We have to plug out these sticky things, fun has it's limits.

We tried to spray the nest with stuff that kills ants and cockroaches, which ought to do the job, it does not!

No effect whatsoever.

Hitchcock's new version of The Birds???

What to do??

PS I wonder why they don't stick to each other when they in the nest. They must be non-gluey at that time,
