Amphur San Sai is very large and it is difficult to consider it to be one neighborhood. You would benefit by looking at it on a map showing the Amphur boundaries.

I live in the Amphur of San sai and like Dante 99 says its a big area, there are lots of housing estates in the area, but it would help to know what kind of budget you are wanting to spend, then Im sure you'll be given lots more estates to consider. cheers TM

There's a cheap Chiang Mai property magazine that lists all the moo bans by price and which road they are on, also it has a map it costs around the 20 baht mark and is sold at news stands. I've seen in at Kad Suan Gow in the news stand in the basement and also at airport plaza in the bookshop there.
