Finding Value Of Land

Howdy Everyone,

I would like to find the true value of some land in Issan.I know that this is always very subjective.Has anyone ever tried to do this?And if so how did you go about it?Another thing is I really would not like the owners to know what I am doing.You know the problem with saving face and all.

Also has anyone ever heard of this company? www.area.co.th

I can get you an educated estimate from a good friend who has worked in the Khon Kaen construction industry for 20 years.

Can you supply the following details please?

1. The title document for the land ie: Chanote(red eagle) Nor Sor sahm Gor (green eagle)

2. the size of the land

3. what the land is currently used for.

4. whether there are conctrete roads and water/ electricity available and if not how far away.

5 what purpose you intend to use the land for

6. your relationship with the current owner ie, girfriends parents.
