December 4, 200322 yr Hi I am French and 34 year old. I have been in thailand since Octoober 2000. I was married to a thai lady whom i divorced last week. We have a son whom she had the guardnship. I have the right to have my son every afetrnoon, half of the weekend and half of the school holiday. I am shareholder of two export companies that i have previously founded. I was on O non immigrant visa until last week because of being married. Now it is over. I cannot get the working permit because of 2 millions baht capital matter and because i employ only one thai people. Can anybody advice me which visa to go for? Thank you
