Technical support staff required to provide customer support for mobile software company. You will be providing technical support, by phone, email and live chat, to customers in the USA and Europe. We provide a 24 hour response time, so you need to be able to work rotating weekend and evening and night shifts and holidays on a regular basis. You will be expected to update user manuals and also do some user testing as well.

We provide a great working environment, in Bangkok, and work permits are available. This would suit someone who is teaching English at the moment, but wants to do something a bit more interesting, and have flexible work patterns. You need to have the following qualities

• Native English Ability written and spoken

• Spoken English requires American, Canadian or British accents.

• Answer customer queries with Live Chat and Email and Phone

• Able to solve simple technical problems

• Comfortable with mobile software

• Able to update and write user manuals

• Carry out user testing

• Able To Work Night Shifts

• Patient, understanding and calm attitude when dealing with customers

• Interacting with development teams to make sure customers are happy
