I have to do my visa run by 6th January latest. I have the opportunity to take in a visit to Chang Rai, arriving 25th December, is it possible to go on 25 th and obtain a further 90 days at the border or do I have to go nearer the 6th Jan? The losing of a few days is not a problem for me. Thanks for any views.

Go any time you want, you get stamped admitted for 90 days upon each entry, you don't lose any days.

You can come and go from Thailanmd as often as you want with a multi-entry Non-Imm visa (until the last day the visa is valid) If you leave and enter the country the day before it expires you still get 90 days permission to stay.

However, if you have something other than a multi-entry non-Imm ... then none of this applies.

Come and go as you please. Get 90 days on each entry.

As long as you have a Multi Entry Non Imm Visa.
