radiola
I live in Europe and I just got back from Thailand in April 2010 and I wanted to go back with triple entry visa to stay in Thailand another 6 months, and the lady in ebmbassy told me that they can decline my visit, if I came back immediately, lets say 2 weeks. She said that it is smart to wait like 6 months and then return to Thailand after 6 months? Is this true? Can I be declined entry if I come back too soon? Mario2008
You can come back the same hour you leave Thailand. She probably reveres to an old rule, that has been abolished 2 years ago, and didn't apply to tourist visas in the first place.
lopburi3
You can always be declined entry but it would be very unusual to do so for a quick return such as stated. But Consulate can always refuse to provide a visa and expect that is what she was talking about.
radiola
She made me so scared that I cancelled my visa, I have a big void in my passport now, she just made me anxious So you are saying that you can return every time and do this for as long as you want? FInish 6 months, go out 2 weeks to europe and come back for another 6 months?
