I'm coming to the end of a multi entry Non-O visa. I will not turn 50 years old until 2 weeks after my leave by stamp. Rather than leave the country, I'd like to get a 60 day ext. based on marriage to my wife. Can I get that and what docs are needed for the 60 day extension. After I get that, I want to go back to Chaeng W immi and get a 1 year ext. based on retirement with proper income docs. Is all of this doable? thanks

Yes. Wife/TM.7/4x6cm photo/copy passport/visa/entry/arrival card and wife ID/Home register should do it. Cost will be normal 1,900 baht.

During last 30 days you can apply for one year retirement with above less wife documents but with financial paperwork.

Both marriage certificates. Wife's ID and house book along with rental contract or chanot. Your passport . have here with you and 1900 baht.. Your retirement you need the 800,000 baht in the bank for 2 months or proof of income from your embassy.
