zaz
I type a lot when chatting on internet forums. Great exercise for the fingers!! But seriously though, I bought a rowing machine a few months back. It's one of the best types of exercise - arms, back, legs. But I get a bit lazy and haven't used it for a while. I don't have a weight or figure problem but it's nice to keep trim, but, my motto is this - if I can't be bothered to exercise then don't eat the crap that will put me out of shape. Seems to work. Life without chocolate, doughnuts, sweets, ice cream etc is just flippin great.....

think_too_mut
When I have to stay in BKK (not going Pattaya or Hua Hin), a nearby (5 mins walk) golf driving range is where my sweat comes out. Practicing at a fraction of the price Japanese venues would charge. Tried to go for a run, but lots of traffic and lots of fumes. When in Pattaya(Jomtien) or Hua Hin, I would do a brisk walk along the water line, 14km forth and back.

buadhai
Run 8K six or seven mornings a week. Another 15 minutes of Ab-Glide, crunches and hand weights. Ride mountain bike anywhere from 10K to 40K several times a week. I do all this in order to maintain weight, strength, muscle tone and bone density. And, to work off the calories contained in the four or five beers I consume each day....

Ice Maiden
I'm doing thai boxing, I need to put a bit more power in the arms though. And I do alot of swimming and basketball. It's hard to do exercise over here because of the heat.

In another thread someone suggested that I seemed to have too much time on my hands! But, I'm retired. The run and weight training take about an hour a day. The bike riding is another hour or two a day, done several times a week. But, even when I was working I managed to get in at least an hour a day of exercise. Been doing that since I was a young teenager.
