Guest House Around 2Nd Road

I'll be in Pattaya from the 17th of December until the 20th and am looking for a guest house around 2nd road. Any recommendations?

I would reccommed the F&B hotel opposite tops supermarket on 2nd road, nice big clean well decorated rooms and nice staff, 700 baht low season 900 in high season.

Google it, altough the website is in french tthere phone number is on there and the receptionist speaks good english.
