Non-Immigrant Visa Question.

What proof do i need to show to prove evidence of adequate finiance for 20,000 baht per person.

Will having 20,000 baht or more cash at time of application be suffice ? or do i need to show money in the bank.

Where are you applying?

many consulates don't check, but if they do check it would be enough to show it in the bank or showing cash. Immigration on arrival in Thailand doesn't check if you arrive with a visa.

I am going to vientiane next thursday to apply,i will carry at least 20.000 baht cash,or i could top up my thai bank account if need be.
