I have to go next week to Welfare office, (support of my child extn stay visa).

They have given me an address off: Changwattana Rd. Lak si district Bangkok 10210

I have tried to search for it, without much luck?

anyboby no where it is, i have gps in car, soi number? or, map? or gps position (fix) would be nice

What is the official name of the place you are looking for? I'm sure it's not called just the Welfare Office.

I don't no full name, i think it is social and welfare office, as usual, i ask my lawyer for full details and i only get this information, don't forget this is Thailand. never easy anything. You ask a question and get a different answer. Do you understand? reply yes!

I can't help it.. this is a really annoying reply, even more annoying than the original post. Here's the point: Your GPS will only find a location by its real name. Seeing this is the GPS thread, this is your answer. Without the actual/real name of the place the GPS cannot find it by name. You can call and ask for their coordinates (good luck), or maybe you can get the coordinates from someone else.. but probably not in this thread.

(Note units are in degrees minutes on WGS84 datum)

Those coordinates will work if the OP is really looking for immigration, unless his "social and welfare office" is in the same government office compound.

The OP is awful quiet, he could at least say thank-you if indeed he wants immigration and that his lawyer is somewhat misinformed.

I am going to juvenile court , to gain legal father's rights over my daughter here, firstly next week i / we (partner) have to attend interview at welfare office, and this was the only information, recieved from my Thai lawyer (ref my comments) .

It is either, in building B goverment complex soi 7 or google maps, show in so 10 district office, I will have to get my lawyer, to find out where? but closed on holiday weekend.

Has anybody, been thorough interview, for extn of stay? of this type. (if my lawyer, gave me FULL information) i would not be asking?

correct title is: The Department of (Welfare) Youth Observation and Protection, 199 Chaneg Wattana Road, Lak, Si Bangkok, oppersite entrance to immigration

My GPS calls it the "Bangkok Observation and Protection Center"; N13.88981, E100.57130.
