sarahsbloke
The solicitor I asked wanted 20,000bht to set up lease and superficeries along with doing all the land registrations, another 1.5% of sale price for land office.
Canada
I paid about 24,000. There was no mortgage. This included a will. She went to the Land Office at the time of transfer and had already been there to do a land title search. She also got 4 signed power of attorney authorizations from my gal which I thought was quite smart. There was no percentage of anything involved. Just price per job. I had her detail a quote and invoice. Edited December 12, 2010 by Canada

sarahsbloke
I've been looking at new houses and getting financed for 2m bht. Mortgages vary wildly, 3 different developers, 3 different interest rates 5% .......... repayments about 10kbht a month 6% ....... repayments of about 12kbht a month 8% ....... repayments of 16kbht a month. Why the differences?
