Opera Web Browser

Featured Replies

Hi, I am using Opera as a web browser and recently it has started to close at every 2 mins. I get the text on my screen saying that the system has discovered an error and needs to close (or something like that, don't have an English operating system). I had this similar problem before too, but back then the whole hard drive broke so I needed to install a new one. That also solved the problem with Opera. But does anyone what is causing Opera to close all the time? Anything I can to fix the problem?

Thanks

margie

Anything I can to fix the problem?

well you view some website if this problem comes

or in "stand by" (empty site) too ??

try to delete cache first (opera has some known problem sometime with management of broken cache files) (at windows systems)

wht version of opera u running ?

payed or free version ?

additional java engine installed ??

what operating system ??

usually this happens when I press submit, continue or other buttons like them, and also when using enter. I have the free 7.52 version with no java installed. And the system is XP.

I'll delete the cache first and see if it helps. Thanks

You are about three versions behind. Get the latest 8.02, or at least 7.54 - they are all free.
