I've been using a multiple non o visa, the visa itself is valid till 9/02/2011.

have to do my last run on 27/01/2011.

Question : I want to extend to a 1 year extension on bases of being married. Now I suppose this has to be done before 09/02/2011 since this is the expiry date of the non O visa? Do I understand correctly if I do a visa run on the 27th of January 2011 which gives me permission to stay till 24 April 2011 and lets say go to immigration in March 2011 that my Non O will not be valid anymore to apply for 1 year extension since the expiry date is 9 February 2011?

It's the permission to stay that matters, not the visa, so you can go to immigration during the last 30 days of your final entry
