anyone did visa runs (tourist visa) to HCMC?

Fly in get pasport to Thai Embassy in the morning pick up next day and fly back to BKK?

I did it a few times to SG and HK but never HCMC.

Any other cities other people did it?

Ventienne in Laos ? double entry tourist visa is FREE at the moment. Apply one day collect following day.

If you wanted you could fly up to Udon Thani and then cross border into Laos.
