Just tried search but it doesn't love me.

One of these quick questions for the more knowledgeable or certain. On a 1 year multi-entry B visa 90 days is calculated with the date of arrival as day 1 I believe, so if a colleague arrived on 19 October 2010 they must leave on or before 16 January 2011. Is that correct?

Correct. 16th January.

It should also be stamped in his passport and immigration will be looking for that stamp on exit so if in error it should be corrected.
