Bank officer loses valuables in North Pattaya theft

PATTAYA: -- A 24-year-old Thai trainee bank officer had a number of valuables stolen from her parked vehicle while she worked at a Siam Commercial Bank in North Pattaya. The woman had parked her late-model vehicle in the personal car parking area of the bank and when she finished in the early evening she came out to go home only to discover someone had broken a rear window and stolen a laptop computer worth 30,000 baht, a one-baht gold chain valued at about 20,000 baht, as well as 3,500 baht in cash.
