January 15, 201115 yr I'm on my laptop right now from a different than usual location, so wonder if it's just me or my wifi connection, or ....I connect to other trackers no problem, but both TheBox and TheEmpire return the message that the server is not responding, and this has been for over an hour. Anyone else?
January 15, 201115 yr Author Many hours later and different server, working for me now. Don't know what the problem was, but as long as it was solved, ....
January 16, 201115 yr Author Must be the university server blocking those two sites, for some reason. Same problem this morning, can't connect to their sites, and torrent files downloaded on a different server last night won't open. Curious that other sites have no problem connecting, just those two. Somebody at the university doesn't like 'em. Oh well, other fish in the sea.
January 22, 201115 yr UPDATE today TheBox tracker is down there's a thread in their support forum, apparently some type of DoS attack. TheEmpire is up as normal. EDIT As of 11.30AM BKK time the tracker appears to be back up "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"
January 22, 201115 yr NO problems accessing at 07:00 GMT and my over night scheduled downloads were fine.
January 22, 201115 yr Some of you might want to try Tv Chaos UK Same kind of content with a few different shows. Google it.
January 23, 201115 yr Update. TheBox does seem to have had problems today but OK now, however The Empire's tracker is not responding. 23rd Jan 20:30 GMT Just be patient is the best advice.
January 24, 201115 yr I just signed up to The Empire. Admittedly I do not recognise most of the programs but I did download a couple.
January 25, 201115 yr why does the discussion of using VPN's to view Hulu or netflix get locked by admins.....but the moderators themselves openly discuss the downloading of of copyright material from thebox. Double standards i think so. Pretty pathetic really. Edited January 25, 201115 yr by negreanu
