Why do you use domain forwarding? That sounds like a cludgy way of setting up DNS.

Anyway, check out GoogleDNS or OpenDNS, switching DNS to one of those may fix your problem.

Just registered this domain and domain forwarding normally works fine just for the time being.

The 2 given DNS sites are abracadabra to me, it should just work. Using VPN everything works fine, what's wrong with Thai internet ?

It is the ISP's transparent proxy or DNS cache which u can not bypass unless u use VPN. U have to wait until the cache expires

For some reason, after I opened the site via VPN it also opened and forwarded correctly via CAT ISP. Strange because I clean cache all the times, etc.
