Gonzo the Face
I have a friend who is now fed up with trying to work with TG He has now made an internet booking with Lufthansa , Bkk to Frankfurt and went to where the Lufthansa office is supposed to be on Chang Klan, to pick up some information , pay for and pick up the ticket and guess what..... there is no longer an office there. Does anyone know where the Lufthansa office or their central agent is located in CM ? Thanks Gonzo

trainman34014
If the bloke booked online he should have been able to print off his own e-tickets. That's what I do all the time. He should have a booking reference number so, he can go back into the website and back to his booking and should still be able to print off his own tickets. Sorted !
