Buying A Condo (property) In Thailand

Hi.

I have been getting a number of emails of late from folk enquiring about the procedures for foreigners buying condominiums in Thailand.

There’s a fair bit of information scattered around the web, including Thaivisa, but does anyone know where I can access a complete and up-to-date file on the actual laws and procedures as they stand at present?

If I can find such a document I’ll upload it to Roomfinder so that I can direct all future enquiries to it.
